Bayou Country

Bayou Country is one of the "themed lands" at Disneyland Park. It is named Critter Country at Tokyo Disneyland. It originally opened as Bear Country at Disneyland Park in 1972, with the Country Bear Jamboree (1972–2001) as its centerpiece. In 1988 it was renamed Critter Country to prepare for the park's opening of Splash Mountain (1989–2023), and in 2024 it was renamed Bayou Country to coincide with the "Tiana Overlay" of Splash Mountain.

Hungry Bear Restaurant

Unknown	Go up the ramp and just before getting to the order desk, look behind you and over the fence. Three very large rocks form what looks like our friend at an angle. CONFIRMED: The rocks would be hard to shape to exact proportions.

Davy Crockett's Explorer Canoes

Other Hidden Character: POOH

While paddling around the Rivers of America in the Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes, I glanced over toward Tom Sawyer Island and spotted a stump in the water that looked vaguely familiar. Viewed from the side, it is clearly the profile of Pooh - his snout and mouth are the lower half of the stump. If I recall correctly, it's on the side of the island where Fantasmic is performed. CONFIRMED: As I was walking pass the Rivers of America I noticed a familiar looking tree stump in front of Tom Sawyers Island. I asked my friend who she saw when she looked at it and she agreed with me. It does look like Winnie the Pooh!

Tiana's Adventure

Hidden Mickey Found	When facing the mountain, look to the left of the big drop. Three rocks form the iconic Mickey shape. CONFIRMED: The three rocks are arranged in a 3D kind of shape. They're to the lower left of the hole.

Hidden Mickey Found	When in the outside queue before entering the building, there's a Hidden Mickey made up of three pans over a doorway. This one was pointed out to me by a helpful Cast Member.

Unknown	While in the queue near the building, there are four murals on the left. The third mural has a Mickey consisting of a pumpkin for the head, and two bowls of vegetables for the ears.

Unknown	There is an engraved rock profile Mickey in the queue. It's easy to walk right past all the rocks and fail to examine them closely. This one is a little hard to see.

Unknown	When in the queue, look closely at the sign that checks your height. The Hidden Mickey is really small.

Hidden Mickey Found	While riding outside before the first drop, there are three green pumpkins that make up a Hidden Mickey on the right of the track.

Pooh Corner

Unknown Other Hidden Characters: GOMER & TEDDY BARRA	There are pictures on the wall that have characters from the old Country Bear Jamboree attraction. In one, Winnie the Pooh is sitting on Gomer's piano, and in another Pooh is waving at Teddy Barra.

Adventures of Winnie The Pooh

Hidden Mickey Found	When you first go into the winnie the poohride at disneyland, you pass a circular pole on your right. about halfway down the pole are the famous 3 circles. CONFIRMED: A Mickey is hidden in the faux wood, found on right as riders pass though the swinging entrance doors. It's a small Hidden Mickey that can be seen disguised as a knot surrounded by wood grain.

Hidden Mickey Found	Just after entering the attraction, there is a Hidden Mickey in the first scene. Look through the painted bushes to locate the Hidden Mickey. It is on the front side of Gopher's burrow, facing the entrance tunnel.

Hidden Mickey Found	In the scene where Pooh Bear is sleeping, there are a pair of Mickey Ears hidden on a honey jar. The ears have been hidden on the second shelf from the top, on the bookcase behind Pooh.

Hidden Mickey Found	The final door that opens on the ride as you exit outside in the bottom right hand corner there are honey 3 honey droppings, 2 smaller being the ears and 1 bigger being the head. CONFIRMED: On the Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, I found a hidden mickey near the end of the ride where they are celebrating Pooh's birthday and it shows all the gifts given to him. Right before you exit the ride, there is a picture of Pooh with a bunch of honey bubbles around him. If you look at the bottom right hand corner, there are three honey bubbles that make a perfect hidden mickey. It's actually really easy to find .. right next to a Heffalump snout.

Other Hidden Characters: MELVIN, BUFF & MAX Found	Winnie The Pooh was built on the site of the old Country Bear Jamboree. The three heads mounted on the wall are about 2/3 of the way through the ride. They are mounted behind the ride vehicle.

Unknown	We recently found a hidden Mickey on the Winnie the Pooh ride at Disneyland. Towards the end of the ride, on the right side, towards the floor, there is a tiny Mickey head and ears. Its right after the dream room.

Unknown	The last thing that you see on the right (the three baloons) they form a 3D Hidden Mickey.
